Content Creation Isn't New, We Been Doing This For Like A Million+ Yrs

As the creator economy becomes more popular and we see everyone building their own sort of personal brand around their interests, there's still a few outliers that look at content like "a weird hobby to get fame".

I mean...okay justifiable. But,  what if content creation is actually just a normal part of human nature and we're more so getting used to this form of content creation.

YouTubers doing outlandish stuff to get views, people on live begging for like, followers and subscribers, people faking personas to attract a certain audience.

Yes, the internet could be really weird but actual "creation" isn't. At the cusp of this new digital world, all that's happening is people sharing what they love, hate or find cool with other humans. That's all the algorithms are, humans.

The bloggers(lol literally me), vloggers, livestreamers, writers, dancers, singers, cooks are just doing what they love in front of their phone cam. That's basically it.

Remember we were making content when we painted on cave walls, or decorated tools by engraving bones and antlers and built symbolic pieces out of teeth or sea shells.

Content was always being made since we are creators at our core. Even though, this format might look a bit foreign to you and you're getting used to this "influencer" culture, content creation isn't that new of a thing.

It's just humans being humans.
